TRACK YOUR SHIPMENT

Once your order has been SHIPPED, you´ll receive an email with the TRACKING NUMBER and all the details you need to follow your parcel online and check its status in real time. Please note that tracking updates will appear progressively as the shipment moves through transit.

When your order is OUT FOR DELIVERY, you’ll receive a new notification directly from the carrier*.
If you won’t be at the delivery address, that same message will allow you to choose the most convenient available alternative and easily reschedule your delivery:

  • Reschedule the date and time
  • Authorise delivery to a neighbour or doorman
  • Collect it from the nearest Pick Up point
  • Or stop by the local delivery depot.
