We ship almost WORLDWIDE to bring our shoes right to your doorstep!
If you cannot find your region or country listed at checkout, please contact us and we will assist you with your order.

Standard shipping is FREE within Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands).
For the rest of the world, it´s already INCLUDED in the listed prices.

For the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, the Azores, and Madeira, the shipping cost is calculated and added upon entering the destination details during checkout.

The STANDARD SHIPMENTS are usually processed and sent within 2-3 business days.
In line with our commitment to sustainability and reducing our carbon footprint, we optimize collections by grouping shipments and reducing the frequency of pick-ups from the transport service.

The EXPRESS SHIPMENTS (selectable option only available for Spain Peninsula and Balearic Islands, with an additional charge of €8) will be prioritized and sent the next business day, as long as the order is placed before 1:00 PM. If your express order is placed after 1:00 PM, it will be sent with an additional day's delay.

*Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Depending on the destination, estimated delivery times may be delayed due to customs processing or delivery challenges. Deliveries to remote areas without a daily route may also experience longer delivery times.

All orders are shipped from Barcelona – SPAIN, and depending on the destination, the transport services are DHL EXPRESS, TIPSA and CORREOS. After shipment, you can track your package through the respective carrier’s website using the tracking number and link provided via email.

Notes on Shipping:

When placing an order, it’s important to pay attention and double-check your billing and shipping details. Make sure that all required fields are accurately and completely filled out to avoid delays or issues.
Please note that we are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes.

If your order includes more than one style, our usual shoe boxes may be removed for shipment to optimize volume and support logistical sustainability.

We recommend keeping the brown outer shipping box for reuse in the event of an exchange or return, ensuring adequate protection during transit. 

Shipping costs include transportation, packaging materials, processing fees, and handling. Please note that customs duties or charges, and import fees or taxes, if applicable at the destination, are not included and must be paid by the buyer upon delivery. These charges are determined by local regulations and procedures, which vary by country. The recipient is considered the importer and is responsible for complying with the applicable laws in the destination region.

During peak activity periods such as sales, Black Friday, or Christmas, delivery times may be longer due to increased demand on transport services. We kindly ask for your understanding and note that EIGHT & ARGÔT cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carriers.

The first exchange is FREE for SPAIN and PORTUGAL* if requested no later than 8 days after receiving your order. 
For exchanges from other regions or countries, you’ll need to return the item for a refund and place a new order.

*Includes the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands. Excludes the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Azores, and Madeira.

If this initial free period is exceeded, you can still request an exchange up to 14 calendar days** after delivery, subject to a single €5 exchange fee covering both processing and shipping. This fee also applies to any subsequent exchanges within the same order.

**Christmas Special: Orders placed from November 22nd will benefit from an extended exchange period until January 12th.

Try your new shoes on a carpeted surface to keep the soles in good condition until you’re sure they’re the right fit. To process an exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition as received, including its original box. Items showing signs of use beyond initial handling or any damage will not be accepted for exchange.

You can make your exchange (1) ONLINE or (2) IN PERSON:

(1) To initiate an ONLINE EXCHANGE, send us an email at shop@eightandargot.com with the subject “EXCHANGE REQUEST – ORDER no. xxxx”. and include the following details:

  • First and last name of the person who placed the order
  • Order number
  • Details of the shoes to be exchanged (style name and size)
  • Details of the desired new pair (style name and size)
  • Contact phone number

You will receive a response email and authorization within 24–72 hours, and we will guide you through the next steps and instructions to proceed with the pick-up and exchange.

Important: Packages will not be accepted for exchanges that have not been pre-authorized via email, following the procedure outlined above.

(2) You can also make your exchange IN PERSON and FREE of charge at any of our events or at our permanent EIGHT & ARGÔT location (see address and appointment details).

Notes on Exchanges:

You can exchange for a different size or different product/model. If the new product is priced higher than the returned item, the price difference must be paid in advance. If the new product is priced lower, the difference will be refunded as a coupon for future online purchases.

If the desired size or model is out of stock at the time of your exchange request, you will be notified. You will then have the option to choose another available alternative, or, if preferred, we can process it as a return, following the procedure explained below.

We’re all about making you happy! If you’re not 100% in love with your online purchase, no worries – you can easily request a return from anywhere in the world within 14 calendar days from the delivery date*.

We'll make it easy and stress-free for you. We’ll come to your address to pick up your return, or you can drop it off at the nearest service point**.

Once the item is returned to our facilities and verified, we will refund the purchase amount, deducting the applicable RETURN FEE :

**Return handling may vary depending on the region/country. Please refer to our return, pickup, and refund procedures for each destination in the sections listed below.

Try your new shoes on a carpeted surface to keep the soles in good condition until you’re sure they’re the right fit. Returns will only be accepted if the item is received in the same condition it was delivered: unworn, in its original box (without any postal labels or stickers), and with all its accessories included.

Please note that EIGHT & ARGÔT cannot accept returns for items showing signs of damage. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for collecting the item from our facilities, and we won’t be able to issue a refund.

You can choose from three easy options to return an item:
(1) Use your own transport service – FREE
(2) Return it in person – FREE
(3) Request a pick-up to be arranged for you.

(1) If you prefer to handle the return yourself, you'll be responsible for the return shipping cost. We recommend using a courier service or certified postal service, and keeping the shipping receipt with the tracking number. This option is FREE, and once the product arrives at our facilities and is validated, we'll refund the full purchase amount*.

To initiate your return and before shipping the item, please send us an email at shop@eightandargot.com with the subject “RETURN REQUEST USING OWN SHIPPING – ORDER no. xxxx” and include the following details:

  • First and last name of the person who placed the order
  • Order number
  • Item(s) to be returned (style name and size)
  • Contact phone number
  • Reason for return (optional, but we value your feedback as it helps us improve).

You will receive a response email and authorization within 24–72 hours, including all the necessary details, the return address, and clear instructions for sending the item back.

Until we receive the item at our facilities, it’s your responsibility. Any issues with the shipment or package will be handled by the transporte service you chose.
We can’t accept returns with unpaid shipping fees. If the delivery carrier asks for payment when they drop off the package, we’ll deduct that amount from your refund.

(2) You can also return the item/s in person at any of our events or at our permanent EIGHT & ARGÔT location (see address and appointment details). This option is FREE, and we'll refund the full purchase amount*.

(3) Or, we can take care of everything and arrange the pick-up of the item to be returned with our courier service.In this case, you can request the refund as a coupon (FREE return), or as a monetary refund to the same payment method used for the purchase (with a fee of €8 for the Peninsula or €10 for the Balearic Islands deducted from the refund).

You will receive a response email and authorization within 24–72 hours, along with the next steps and instructions to arrange a pick-up by our courier and proceed with the return.
Once the product arrives at our facilities and is validated, the refund will be issued using the method you chose*.

*If you selected EXPRESS shipping for the initial delivery, the corresponding surcharge will not be refundable with any return option.

You will receive a response email and authorization within 24–72 hours, along with all necessary preparation details, your return shipping label, and instructions to either schedule a pick-up with DHL Express (TIPSA for Portugal) or drop off the package at your nearest DHL Express service point, if you prefer.

Once EIGHT & ARGÔT has received and validated the returned item, the purchase amount will be refunded, deducting the applicable return fee (€15 from the EU | €25 from Madeira and the Azores).

Once EIGHT & ARGÔT has received and validated the returned item, the purchase amount will be refunded, deducting the applicable return fee (€35).

  • Contact phone number
  • Reason for return (optional, but we value your feedback as it helps us improve).

You will receive a response email and authorization within 24–72 hours, including all the necessary details, the return address, and clear instructions for sending the item back.

We’ll guide you through the process, but you’ll need to arrange the shipping and cover the return shipping costs (non-refundable). Make sure to use a certified postal service and follow our guidelines to prevent any additional charges or import fees. Otherwise, these costs will be deducted from your refund.

Please keep the shipping receipt and tracking number, as the item is your responsibility until we receive it at our facilities. Once the product arrives and is validated, the purchase amount for the returned item will be refunded, deducting the applicable return fee (€10 from Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, and Andorra | €35 from other countries).

Notes on Returns and Refunds:

This website will not accept returns or exchanges reported or shipped outside the specified timeframes and conditions, nor items that are used, washed, damaged, or show signs of improper use.

Returned packages that have not been pre-authorized and processed via email, following the specific procedures set by EIGHT & ARGÔT for each region/country, will not be accepted.

For a monetary refund, you will receive the corresponding amount via the same payment method used for the purchase, within a maximum of 14 days from the return’s arrival and validation at our facilities.

For a refund in the form of a coupon, you will receive an email with your coupon code within a maximum of 14 days from the receipt and validation of the return.

If you apply a coupon/gift voucher to a new order and later request a return, the refund will be issued as a coupon/gift voucher up to the original value. If the original coupon/gift voucher value doesn't cover the full refund amount, the remaining balance will be refunded via monetary refund.

When applicable, any customs duties, charges, and import fees or taxes from the initial shipment to the customer are non-refundable, as they are collected by the customs authorities in the destination country.

For in-person purchases, only exchanges are accepted, either for a different size, style, or a coupon/credit voucher, provided the item is in perfect condition and returned within 14 calendar days from the purchase date (please check for an extended period during Christmas).

In case of a defective or incorrect product, the item will be returned and/or replaced free of charge, or the full amount paid will be refunded, including return costs, within a maximum of 14 days from receipt and validation at our facilities.

At EIGHT & ARGÔT, we follow strict quality controls, ensuring that our products are always inspected and validated before shipment. Irregularities in finishes and/or materials are not considered defects, as they are inherent imperfections resulting from the artisanal craftsmanship and its processes. Please note that leather is a noble, natural material, sometimes hand-dyed or hand-stamped, so veins, marks, wrinkles, pores, and variations in tone are normal and actually enhance its authenticity.
